You'll lead a veterinary emergency hospital as Medical Director, guiding clinical excellence and team culture the VEG Way. You'll have autonomy to make impactful decisions while mentoring doctors and fostering a positive environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Establish positive culture through team huddles and recognition
• Lead collaborative doctor-technician clinical care teams
• Conduct 1:1 meetings and create personalized development plans
• Drive patient safety initiatives and ensure regulatory compliance

📋 Requirements

• DVM, VMD, or equivalent degree
• 5+ years of 24/7 ER experience and critical case management
• Unrelenting passion for customer satisfaction and highest medical care
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays on a rotating basis
