💼 About This Role

You'll own sales and CS reporting across EMEA, building dashboards and translating data into actionable recommendations for revenue teams. You'll collaborate with Sales and CS leadership to optimize processes from lead handoff to renewal. This role puts you at the center of GTM performance, driving data-driven decisions that fuel growth.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and maintain sales and CS dashboards for EMEA region
• Track pipeline health and translate data into recommendations
• Design and improve revenue and retention processes
• Manage CRM (Salesforce) and tooling data quality and adoption

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or CS Operations
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or Data Analytics
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce or similar CRM
• Proven ability to build reports and turn GTM data into recommendations

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with BI tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI
• Track record of driving CRM adoption and improving data quality
• Experience leading operational improvements across revenue workflows
