Description

You will manage the fund pipeline and coordinate launches as the single source of truth for all pipeline data and timelines, working at the intersection of Investments, Sales, Legal, Compliance, Finance, and Tax teams. This is a chance to help build the operational backbone of an investment platform and drive cross-functional accountability.

Requirements

• 4+ years experience in project management, consulting, or investment operations
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary project manager for end-to-end product pipeline execution
• Be the single source of truth for the fund pipeline lifecycle
• Establish and enforce governance standards for pipeline information
• Proactively track pipeline and lead regular check-ins
• Act as liaison between GPs and internal stakeholders
