You will drive projects impacting ERP, Salesforce, and compensation systems, partnering with internal and external teams to implement new software tools, oversee UAT, and ensure customer-focused solutions. Your work will help digitally transform the physical operations of industries like agriculture, construction, and transportation.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional work experience with 4+ years in project management or operations role
• Familiarity with finance processes and systems with analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience working on projects supporting Compensation teams and accounting/finance systems

Responsibilities

• Drive projects impacting ERP, Salesforce, and compensation systems with external and internal teams
• Spearhead implementation of new software tools including requirements gathering, testing, reporting, and hyper care
• Partner with business technology team to reflect business needs in system design
• Oversee and manage UAT: create scripts, conduct testing, document results, review and respond to issues
• Collaborate with Accounting, Business Operations, and US Finance functions
