Description

You will build and manage a customer advocacy engine, sourcing stories and referrals, creating ROI-backed case studies, and partnering with cross-functional teams to activate customer proof across the go-to-market funnel. Your work will directly drive product adoption, new business, and upsells.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in Product Marketing, Customer Marketing, or similar GTM role
  • Strong ability to develop compelling stories from qualitative and quantitative data
  • Experience creating short and long-form enablement content (sales sheets, ROI calculators, white papers, webinars)
  • Experience with GTM campaigns for upsells, cross-sells, and feature releases
  • Strong project coordination and cross-functional communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage customer advocacy and referral programs
  • Source and coordinate customer stories, quotes, and proof points
  • Support creation of ROI-backed case studies and customer evidence
  • Maintain a consistent cadence of customer communications
  • Partner with Product, Sales, and CX to activate customer proof throughout GTM
