💼 About This Role

You'll lead grant management and reporting for UK-Med's Ukraine humanitarian response, ensuring donor compliance and programme coherence. Your work will directly support life-saving healthcare delivery in a complex crisis setting.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage grants and donor compliance across multiple funding streams
• Coordinate reporting and programme tracking for Ukraine operations
• Liaise between technical, operational, MEAL, and finance teams
• Identify risks and ensure accountability in programme delivery

📋 Requirements

• Experience managing grants and reporting in humanitarian contexts
• Knowledge of donor compliance and donor regulations
• Ability to work in Ukraine with travel to field locations
• Right to enter Schengen Zone countries (preferred but not essential)

• Experience in health or medical humanitarian programmes
• Familiarity with Ukraine context
• Fluency in Ukrainian or Russian
