Description

As a founding member of the Solutions Engineering team at Bridge, you will work closely with customers to integrate our stablecoin-based payments platform, driving adoption and success. You'll design and execute strategy, support sales and onboarding, and act as a trusted advisor to technical and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in customer-facing engineering role (solution consultant, sales engineer).
• Executive engagement skills and ability to build relationships with decision makers.
• Effective group-facilitation skills and confidence leading customer meetings.
• Thorough understanding of software development lifecycle and API architecture.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Support key new logo pursuits alongside sales team.
• Help signed customers integrate and go live with Bridge solutions.
• Cultivate and deliver expansion opportunities and product adoption within existing customer base.
• Lead strategy engagements to align solutions with customer business objectives.
• Act as Voice of the User to Product and Engineering teams.
