🎯 What You'll Do

• Champion performance marketing across Meta, Google, TikTok, and YouTube
• Lead paid social content strategy and creative testing
• Own high-impact campaigns and Refer-a-Friend programme
• Manage NZ acquisition marketing budget and optimize allocation

📋 Requirements

• 4-6 years in growth, performance, or digital marketing
• Experience scaling paid digital campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube)
• Data literate with ability to drive optimizations using insights
• Proficient with budget management and Excel/Sheets
