As a Territory Manager at Charlie Health, you'll drive market growth by developing go-to-market strategies, building relationships with clinical partners, and connecting patients to virtual behavioral healthcare. You'll work closely with internal teams to expand access to life-saving treatment and improve outcomes in your community.

Requirements

• Based in Plattsburgh, NY area
• Fluent in English
• 1-4 years proven sales experience, overachieving KPIs preferred
• Experience with healthcare organizations a plus
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local travel

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute go-to-market strategy for new market penetration
• Build and manage relationships with referral sources in priority markets
• Conduct field meetings 4-5 days/week with patients, parents, and providers
• Design strategies to support and engage referral partners across channels
• Synthesize market feedback to inform marketing and product strategies
