• Monitor assigned cases using case management and billing systems
• Provide immigration guidance and handle travel/sponsorship cases
• Handle senior-level escalations and support Mobility Specialists
• Analyze, prepare, and submit visa/work permit applications

📋 Requirements

• Extensive experience in immigration compliance or global mobility
• In-depth understanding of immigration processes
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
