💼 About This Role

You'll lead the end-to-end development of the lunar lander’s landing system from the GNC subsystem perspective, including design, verification, and operations. You'll define requirements, manage technical coordination, and ensure algorithm integrity in flight software. This role offers the chance to shape vision-based navigation for lunar missions.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Oversee landing system design, verification, and operations from GNC perspective.
  • Design EDL GNC functions and perform guidance, control, and navigation analyses.
  • Plan and execute V&V activities from component to system level.
  • Define GNC flight software requirements and unit specifications.

📋 Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in GNC subsystem development including algorithms and sensors.
  • 5+ years experience in spacecraft systems engineering including failure mode analysis.
  • Proficiency in C/C++, Python, and Git.
  • Experience with closed-loop test frameworks (MIL/SIL/PIL/HIL) and sensor/actuator models.

✨ Nice to Have

  • 10+ years experience in GNC or spacecraft systems engineering.
  • Experience developing laser range finders, LiDAR, or cameras.
  • MATLAB/Simulink experience.
