Description

You will build and lead GT's Living Foods' strategic sourcing capability across all spend categories, focusing on category strategy, supplier segmentation, RFP leadership, and supplier performance management. This role is critical to driving margin expansion and supporting the company's next phase of growth.

Requirements

• 6+ years of job-related experience
• Bachelor's degree (preferred)
• Proven experience in strategic sourcing or procurement leadership
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with both direct and indirect spend categories

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise-wide sourcing strategies for direct and indirect categories
• Own category and commodity strategies, run competitive sourcing events (RFPs/RFQs)
• Define supplier selection standards and implement disciplined supplier management practices
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Supply Chain, Operations, Quality, R&D, Finance, Logistics, Commercial) to align sourcing with business strategy
• Drive upstream value creation: category strategy, supplier segmentation, partner selection, and performance management
