💼 About This Role

You'll build and lead a high-performing, multi-region Sales Development organization at Jeeves, a financial OS for global businesses. You'll define the global outbound strategy, coach SDRs across countries, and optimize pipeline generation. This role requires operational excellence and leading distributed teams in a fast-moving fintech environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Diagnose and scale global SDR motion across regions
• Coach SDRs through structured 1:1s and call feedback
• Own pipeline output and conversion metrics
• Partner with Sales and Marketing on ICP and targeting

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in B2B SaaS or fintech sales
• 3+ years managing SDR/BDR teams of 8-12 reps
• Experience managing multi-region SDR teams (LATAM, NAM, EMEA)
• Strong proficiency in CRM and sales automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, Outreach)

• Prior experience in fintech, payments, or credit
• Background in multi-vertical or multi-geography outbound programs
• Familiarity with AI-driven outbound tools and modern SDR platforms
