💼 About This Role

You'll work 1:1 with children with autism in a play-filled learning center using evidence-based ABA therapy. You'll help kiddos develop social, communication, and daily living skills while receiving paid training and mentorship.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Teach behavioral and social skills in 1:1 sessions
• Follow treatment plans developed by BCBAs
• Record progress in Central Reach data system
• Assist with lunch, bathroom, and diaper changes

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• RBT certification within 45 days of employment
• Consistent availability Monday through Friday
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

✨ Nice to Have

• Previous RBT certification
• Background in child care or teaching
• Bachelor's degree in related field
