Description

As a Recruiting Coordinator at SpaceX, you will schedule candidate onsite interviews, coordinate travel, and host candidates to ensure a positive interview experience. You'll support the recruiting team with administrative tasks and special projects, helping bring top talent to the company.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
• Previous experience in recruiting, HR, marketing, sales, or technology
• Willing to work overtime as needed
• Ability to work 100% onsite in Hawthorne, CA
• U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident (ITAR)

Responsibilities

• Schedule onsite interviews
• Coordinate candidate travel
• Host candidates and manage day-of interview logistics
• Speak intelligently about programs with candidates and teams
• Assist talent operations team with special projects
