💼 About This Role

You'll own the product vision and strategy for customer experience features at Coupang Taiwan, leading improvements to the mobile app and website. Your work will directly impact attracting new customers and scaling the business.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define product vision, strategy, roadmap, and KPIs for customer experience areas.
• Manage the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch.
• Develop and test hypotheses to innovate customer experience.
• Drive product development with clear objectives and timelines.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of product management experience.
• Analytical mindset suited to a data-driven environment.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.

• Experience designing consumer-facing products (e-commerce, social media, etc.).
• Experience leading cross-functional projects for ambiguous problems.
• Proficiency in Excel and SQL for data analysis.
