You'll own and manage PCBA manufacturing processes for Starlink in-house production, driving volume manufacturing and new product introductions. You'll collaborate with design engineers to optimize design for manufacturability at commercial scale.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and manage PCBA manufacturing processes for in-house production.
• Drive processes for volume production including execution and process control.
• Manage new product introduction of PCBA assemblies.
• Use process capability analysis to lead new equipment selection.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline.
• 1+ years experience in manufacturing engineering or SMT.
• Experience with surface mount technology or PCB design.

✨ Nice to Have

• High volume production experience.
• Knowledge of IPC manufacturing standards.
• Experience with SQL and Python.
