You'll build AI-native agents and apps to replace manual workflows across Whalar Group's internal teams. Your core impact is shipping production-grade automations that measurably speed up recruiting, finance, and sales processes. You'll operate the full loop from spec to deployment with full autonomy and direct access to senior leadership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Shadow teams to identify slow manual workflows.
• Ship AI agents or apps that automate the bulk of those workflows.
• Build and monitor evals to ensure 100% reliability.
• Run live build sessions with non-technical teams.

📋 Requirements

• Proven ability to ship production-grade AI automations from scratch.
• Experience reading traces and logs to debug agentic workflows.
• Track record of building daily-driver tools used by yourself and others.
• A personal AI stack you've evolved and can articulate.

✨ Nice to Have

• Background in product, engineering, design, or ops.
• Startup founding or early-stage engineering experience.
• Experience with Creator Economy or media companies.
