You'll consolidate financial results and lead management reporting for a fast-growing fintech in Brazil. Your core impact is enabling C-level decisions through accurate analysis, modeling, and executive storytelling. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Consolidate management results (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) across entities and products.
• Lead monthly closing process with stakeholders, validations, and reconciliations.
• Conduct variance analysis (actual vs budget vs forecast) with causal explanations.
• Produce executive reporting packs and dashboards with financial storytelling.

📋 Requirements

• Solid FP&A or Controllership experience with management consolidation and reporting.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets and strong data modeling skills.
• Experience with closing routines and interaction with Accounting/Controllership.
• Knowledge of P&L structure, cost centers, allocations, and unit economics.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in payments, banking, or financial institutions.
• Experience with multiple entities/BU and intercompany challenges.
• Knowledge of SQL.
