💼 About This Role

You'll lead 2 established engineering teams at Masabi, a company powering fare payment platforms for public transit used in over 250 locations globally. You'll balance delivery, people management, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure high-quality outcomes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own day-to-day delivery of your team ensuring high-quality outcomes
• Lead delivery rituals like sprint planning and retrospectives
• Partner with Product Managers to shape backlogs and priorities
• Collaborate with Engineering Managers and Tech Leads on technical direction

📋 Requirements

• Experience leading engineering teams in a product-led SaaS environment
• Background in software engineering with hands-on technical discussions
• Proven ability to own delivery outcomes end-to-end
• Strong people management and coaching skills
