Description

You will drive day-to-day business operations for the Mission Systems Division, including financial tracking, staffing, process improvement, and strategic projects. Work cross-functionally to ensure business success.

Requirements

  • 8+ years work experience with 2+ years in technical engineering, consulting, operations, finance, or program management
  • Strong communication skills across diverse roles and levels
  • Experience interfacing with leadership and executives
  • Strong emotional intelligence and ability to solve operational problems in a people-centric way
  • High ownership, ability to juggle multiple large projects in parallel

Responsibilities

  • Manage Business Line P&Ls with FP&A partner to track financial health and drive margin targets
  • Prepare content for Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews for executive presentation
  • Drive annual planning for Mission Systems Division as part of corporate cycle
  • Manage staffing and hiring, including headcount tracking and recruiting prioritization
  • Own special projects like acquisition integrations, cost reduction strategies, and strategic assessments
