💼 About This Role

You'll support the development and localization of computer-assisted coding solutions for the Canadian healthcare system. You'll perform clinical term analysis and map documentation into standardized codes using ICD-10-CA and CCI frameworks. This role allows you to contribute to healthcare modernization while working remotely across Canada.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support development and localization of CAC solutions for Canadian healthcare
• Perform clinical term analysis and map documentation into ICD-10-CA and CCI codes
• Create, validate, and refine auto-suggestion coding logic using specialized platforms
• Assist in implementation and training activities for healthcare organizations

📋 Requirements

• CHIMA certification required
• Post-secondary in Health Information Management with 4+ years DAD/NACRS coding experience or high school diploma with 8+ years equivalent
• ICD-10-CA and CCI knowledge in acute care settings
• Experience with EPIC, Cerner, or Meditech EMR systems

• Experience with computer-assisted coding tools
• Strong analytical skills for clinical terminology interpretation
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools
