You'll lead a high-performing Grant Strategy function, ensuring funded initiatives drive measurable clinical outcomes. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and lead overall medical education and grant strategy
• Oversee Grant Strategy team and governance models
• Lead Grant Review Committee for compliant funding decisions
• Partner with Analytics to measure program effectiveness and behavior change

📋 Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in medical education or pharmaceutical leadership
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
• Deep expertise in medical education principles and adult learning theory
• Strong knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks (FDA, PhRMA, OIG)
