💼 About This Role

You'll own the onboarding story for enterprise customers using Credal's AI agent platform, living in their Slack channels and meeting them at their desks. You'll build POCs to unblock deals and design partnerships that shape the product roadmap. This role offers direct impact on product direction at a fast-growing startup with enterprise clients like the U.S. Dept of Health and Human Services.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Live in customer Slack channels and meet them at their desks
• Build POCs to unblock deals and accelerate time-to-value
• Own design partnerships with end users to shape product roadmap
• Develop deep understanding of customer use cases and advocate internally

📋 Requirements

• Customer-obsessed problem-solver with enterprise trust focus
• Clear, compelling communicator across CISO, platform engineer, procurement
• High-ownership: takes ambiguous tasks from start to clean finish
• Fast-paced environment comfort with bias toward action

• Experience with agents, MCP, or other LLM tooling
• Technically capable reading logs, reproducing issues, building solutions
