You'll shape the customer experience from onboarding to expansion, ensuring they achieve measurable ROI. This role offers direct impact on company growth and category definition.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and nurture long-term client relationships with key stakeholders.
• Drive customer ROI through proactive engagement and KPI tracking.
• Own contract renewals, negotiations, and expansion opportunities.
• Deliver tailored training sessions and strategic advisory.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management in SaaS.
• Strong understanding of SaaS products; RevOps experience a bonus.
• Proven track record of managing retention and driving growth (GRR/NRR).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Experience with Salesforce and other CRM/GTM systems.
• Experience in Revenue Operations (RevOps).
