💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the Owner's Representative on large-scale data center projects, leading design coordination across multiple disciplines. Your work will ensure design quality, schedule, and cost are managed from concept through construction. This hybrid role requires proximity to key US data center hubs and offers the chance to impact mission-critical infrastructure.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as client's authorized representative for design and construction activities.
• Lead and coordinate design efforts across multiple concurrent data center projects.
• Develop comprehensive design project plans and establish schedules and budgets.
• Produce monthly design reports and communicate status to stakeholders.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in design management or owner's representation.
• Experience supporting large-scale data center or mission-critical projects.
• Strong understanding of multidisciplinary design coordination (civil, structural, MEP).
