You'll drive outbound prospecting and qualification for Ceribell's EEG technology in acute care settings, building pipeline for the field sales team. This high-activity role offers a pathway into medical device sales.

Requirements

• 1-3 years sales development, outbound prospecting, or cold calling experience
• OR RN/BSN or equivalent clinical background preferred
• Strong desire to break into MedTech/medical device sales
• Resilient, results-driven with comfort handling rejection
• Experience with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo

Responsibilities

• Outbound cold calling, email, and social prospecting to physicians and hospital stakeholders
• Research target accounts to identify key decision-makers and clinical pain points
• Qualify leads by assessing fit, urgency, and need for Ceribell solutions
• Schedule introductory meetings for field sales partners
• Maintain accurate activity records in Salesforce
