You'll join the legal team as a founding office attorney in Dallas, handling commercial AI SaaS contracts. You'll directly impact how top law firms and professional organizations use generative AI. This role offers the chance to shape the legal function at a high-growth company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial AI SaaS contracts
• Provide regulatory and product counsel as needed
• Develop training resources for sales and cross-functional teams

📋 Requirements

• Law degree from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice in at least one jurisdiction, able to practice in California or New York
• 4+ years of law firm and/or in-house experience
• Transactional background including SaaS, technology, or IP licensing
