You'll partner with Engineering, Product, and Design teams to translate business objectives into people strategy, fostering employee development and a high-performance culture. You'll build scalable compensation and performance frameworks, ensuring competitive and equitable structures for a global team. ๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Partner with EPD leaders to align people strategy with business goals
- Develop and scale compensation frameworks and performance management
- Coach managers on employee relations and performance issues
- Design and facilitate training programs for management teams
๐ Requirements
- 8+ years of HR/People Ops experience
- Experience supporting EPD teams in high-growth environments
- Expertise in compensation frameworks, including market data analysis
- Proven ability in performance management and employee relations
โจ Nice to Have
- Advanced degree in HR, business, or organizational development
- HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP)
- Experience with global workforce and asynchronous collaboration
