๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Partner with EPD leaders to align people strategy with business goals
  • Develop and scale compensation frameworks and performance management
  • Coach managers on employee relations and performance issues
  • Design and facilitate training programs for management teams

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 8+ years of HR/People Ops experience
  • Experience supporting EPD teams in high-growth environments
  • Expertise in compensation frameworks, including market data analysis
  • Proven ability in performance management and employee relations

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Advanced degree in HR, business, or organizational development
  • HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP)
  • Experience with global workforce and asynchronous collaboration
