• Curate niche projects of talent for multiple lines of business
• Develop and manage key relationships via candidate acquisition strategy

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of recruiting experience at a fast-paced staffing agency
• Proven track record of closing direct hire and contract placement deals in Accounting & Finance
• A bachelor's degree
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
