You'll lead backend microservices development for Lalamove's core logistics platform. You'll design and launch scalable systems to support rapid growth in users and orders. You'll be the go-to architecture expert across multiple teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead technical designs on projects across multiple teams
• Develop and enhance core products in backend microservices
• Write high quality, maintainable, and testable code
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and product managers

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of backend development experience
• Java proficiency with design patterns (minimum 2-3 years)
• Redis/ElasticSearch/Kafka/RabbitMQ middleware experience
• Strong knowledge of large-scale system design for high transaction volumes

✨ Nice to Have

• Good knowledge of AWS and cloud
• Experience with MySQL or other SQL solutions
• Ability to lead technical design and mentor team members
