You'll set technical direction across multiple squads, shaping architecture and driving consistent delivery of digital products at a fast-growing fintech. You'll own key cross-cutting concerns like authentication and observability, and drive responsible GenAI adoption. This role blends hands-on coding with leadership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define cross-squad technical patterns for backend and frontend architectures.
• Own platform-level initiatives to reduce complexity and duplication.
• Lead cross-squad system design for complex initiatives.
• Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

📋 Requirements

• Extensive experience with Spring Boot (Kotlin/Java) and React/TypeScript.
• Proven track record of simplifying distributed systems architectures.
• Solid experience with containerized workloads and cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
• Deep understanding of secure coding practices in regulated environments.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with GenAI tools like GitHub Copilot.
• Knowledge of API governance and design.
• Experience with observability and SLOs.
