You'll serve as a site-embedded EHS professional supporting day-to-day environmental, health, and safety activities at our Cambridge site. Your core impact will be implementing EHS programs and fostering a positive safety culture across lab and operations teams. This role offers the chance to contribute to cutting-edge cell therapy development.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support day-to-day EHS execution at the Cambridge site
• Implement EHS programs and training in alignment with corporate standards
• Support chemical safety, hazardous waste management, and emergency response
• Conduct safety inspections, incident response, and root cause analysis

📋 Requirements

• Hands-on experience supporting site-level EHS programs
• Working knowledge of local, state, federal EHS regulations
• Experience supporting BSL-2 laboratory environments
• Familiarity with chemical safety and hazardous waste management

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience supporting GxP or regulated lab environments
• Experience supporting IBC processes
• Familiarity with industrial hygiene monitoring or ergonomics programs
