💼 About This Role

You'll build and own the compliance program at Solace, a Series C health tech startup that pairs patients with expert advocates. You'll define how the company operates within healthcare regulations while enabling speed and ownership. This role starts as an IC and evolves into leading a team, reporting directly to the CEO.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and implement Solace's compliance program across policies and controls
• Translate complex regulations into actionable processes for operators
• Own marketplace integrity for independent advocate network
• Lead audits and investigations with speed and rigor

📋 Requirements

• 6–10+ years in compliance, risk, or legal in a high-growth environment
• Experience with HIPAA, Medicare, and multi-state regulatory environments
• Proven track record of building or scaling compliance programs
• Ability to translate complex healthcare regulations into practical guidance
