🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead discovery and requirements-gathering sessions with clients.
• Design and architect solutions using Salesforce Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, and Knowledge.
• Define solution strategy and roadmaps balancing quick wins with long-term goals.
• Provide guidance on system integration, infrastructure design, and technical architecture decisions.
• Mentor and coach junior consultants, developers, and functional team members.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years experience with Salesforce CRM platforms.
• Significant experience in enterprise architecture or technical consulting.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce Experience Cloud architecture and implementation.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical architectures.

✨ Nice to Have

• Salesforce certifications in Service Cloud and/or Experience Cloud.
• Experience with integration design and custom web components.
• Experience using Lucidchart or similar visualization tools.
