💼 About This Role

You'll oversee inventory control operations at Crusoe's facility, ensuring optimal stock levels and system accuracy. Your work directly supports production efficiency by coordinating kitting and material flow. This role offers the chance to lead process improvements and mentor peers in a high-growth AI infrastructure company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead daily cycle counting and investigate inventory discrepancies.
• Act as WMS/ERP power user ensuring accurate material transactions.
• Coordinate kitting and delivery of materials to production floor.
• Plan and execute annual physical inventory and surplus disposal.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in inventory control or materials management in manufacturing.
• Proficiency with MRP/ERP and WMS systems.
• Ability to read and verify complex Bills of Materials (BOMs).
• Physical ability to lift and move materials as needed.

✨ Nice to Have

• Current forklift operator certification.
• Prior supervisory or lead role experience.
• Experience writing standard operating procedures (SOPs).
