• Architect core technical strategy and set code quality standards
• Drive engineering roadmap and ensure timely delivery
• Write code, conduct code reviews, and tackle complex challenges
• Scale engineering team from 4 to 10+ engineers

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience
• Experience leading and scaling engineering teams
• Expertise in AI/LLM systems and natural language interfaces
• Strong background in Python, cloud platforms, and CI/CD
