💼 About This Role

You'll contribute to Financial Due Diligence engagements and bring analytical firepower to go beyond standard outputs. You'll interrogate client data, build models and dashboards, and apply AI and advanced analytics to solve problems traditional diligence hasn't tackled well.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support buy-side and sell-side Financial Due Diligence
• Use data-driven techniques to identify drivers of value
• Build and automate management reporting tools
• Apply LLMs and predictive analytics to commercial problems

📋 Requirements

• ACA, CIMA, or equivalent finance qualification
• Experience in a consulting or advisory role with deals exposure
• Hands-on exposure to FDD or transaction services
• Strong analytical capability with large datasets and BI tools

✨ Nice to Have

• Proficiency in SQL and/or Python
• Experience with Power BI, Databricks, or Alteryx
• Exposure to PE value creation work
