Description
You will serve as the main business contact for existing restaurant owners in the Detroit area, ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and contract renewals while identifying upsell opportunities. This role involves significant field work, visiting at least 12 restaurants per week for business review meetings.
Requirements
- High school diploma/GED with 3-5 years account management experience, or Associate's degree with 2 years
- Previous account management or customer service experience required
- Experience with CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office proficiency
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle with willingness for field work
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Account Executives to identify renewal and upsell opportunities
- Manage current clients to reduce attrition
- Conduct welcome appointments and ensure smooth onboarding
- Contact clients to qualify for merchant cash advance products, meeting monthly targets
- Visit at least 12 restaurants/clubs/bars per week for business review meetings
