You'll lead the development of QuantHealth's internal platform for streamlining customer delivery workflows using AI-driven automation and LLM-based agentic systems. Your work will directly reduce manual effort and improve consistency across clinical trial simulations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and develop internal tools to automate delivery workflows
• Build data-science-driven systems combining pipelines and AI automation
• Implement LLM-based and agentic workflows for complex operational processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate challenges into scalable solutions

📋 Requirements

• MSc or PhD in computer science, data science, or related field
• 6+ years of hands-on experience in applied data science or ML
• Strong Python skills with clean, modular code
• Experience with cloud environments, containerization, and CI/CD

• Experience building LLM-based applications or agentic systems
• Experience in healthcare or clinical data environments
