💼 About This Role

You'll join Nium's global Compliance team to manage AML/CTF programs and ensure adherence to FINTRAC regulations. You'll act as the primary regulatory contact and lead compliance oversight for the Americas region. This role offers the chance to shape compliance strategy for a leading real-time payments infrastructure company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and manage AML/CTF methodology for FINTRAC compliance.
• Act as primary FINTRAC contact and lead AML external audits.
• Lead risk assessment processes for AML/CTF risks.
• Build and maintain RPAA and PSP compliance programs.

📋 Requirements

• 12-15 years of senior compliance experience in regulated companies.
• Prior experience as a Canadian MLRO.
• Deep knowledge of Payments/Fintech regulatory environment in Canada.
• Experience building RPAA and PSP compliance programs.

✨ Nice to Have

• Fluent French language skills.
• Experience with Stablecoin compliance operationalization.
