💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the primary IT owner for our Düsseldorf office, supporting a hybrid Mac/Windows environment and managing enterprise A/V solutions. As the sole on-site technician, you'll take ownership of local IT asset management while collaborating remotely with a global team. This role offers the chance to work independently in a high-visibility function.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Act as primary IT owner for the Düsseldorf site, handling all local support
• Manage and resolve incidents and service requests via ServiceNow (L2/L3)
• Oversee hardware lifecycle: receive, deploy, track, and retire assets
• Provide expert support for enterprise A/V and collaboration systems

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of IT Support experience in a large-scale enterprise
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow (Incident, Request, Asset modules)
• Enterprise A/V and conferencing technology support experience
• Fluent English for daily collaboration with global teams

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience supporting executive-level users
• Scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, Python)
• Experience with MDM platforms (Jamf, Intune)
