💼 About This Role
You'll lead the outbound sales function for Airwallex in South Korea, building and coaching a high-performing team while driving GP. You'll define the Korean customer profile and tailor solutions for local SMEs and digital-first businesses. This is a 0-to-1 opportunity where you'll build from scratch.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Target strategic SME and Growth opportunities in South Korea.
- Build, lead, and coach a team of SDRs and AEs.
- Develop and execute sales and go-to-market strategy.
- Partner with Strategy & Ops on comp plans and territory plans.
📋 Requirements
- 7–8+ years of sales experience, preferably technical/API-led.
- 3+ years leading a high-performing sales team.
- Ability to understand technical requirements and design solutions.
- Proven ability to lead complex commercial negotiations.

- Experience in the South Korean SME ecosystem.
