💼 About This Role

You'll lead the outbound sales function for Airwallex in South Korea, building and coaching a high-performing team while driving GP. You'll define the Korean customer profile and tailor solutions for local SMEs and digital-first businesses. This is a 0-to-1 opportunity where you'll build from scratch.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Target strategic SME and Growth opportunities in South Korea.
  • Build, lead, and coach a team of SDRs and AEs.
  • Develop and execute sales and go-to-market strategy.
  • Partner with Strategy & Ops on comp plans and territory plans.

📋 Requirements

  • 7–8+ years of sales experience, preferably technical/API-led.
  • 3+ years leading a high-performing sales team.
  • Ability to understand technical requirements and design solutions.
  • Proven ability to lead complex commercial negotiations.

  • Experience in the South Korean SME ecosystem.
