• Lead electrical and landscaping teams for heat pump pre-installation
• Ensure norm-compliant and high-quality execution
• Collaborate with planning, SHK, logistics, and dispatch
• Supervise acceptance, rework, and quality control

📋 Requirements

• Completed training as Elektromeister or equivalent
• Proven experience leading teams in technical trade environments
• Valid Class B driver's license and willingness to travel

• Experience with heat pumps, energy or building technology
• Further qualification as electrical technician
