• Develop, motivate, and engage Territory Sales Managers.
• Drive and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Own key accounts and manage joint business planning.

📋 Requirements

• Sales leadership experience including coaching and team development.
• Cannabis industry experience highly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Ability to travel 50%+ within Maryland.
