💼 About This Role

You'll own the futures trading experience end-to-end on tastytrade, driving strategy and execution for a high-volume trading surface. You'll shape a platform that's redefining retail futures while engaging in structural work that changes what tastytrade is capable of long-term.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead strategy and execution for the full futures product surface across web, mobile, and desktop.
• Drive measurable business outcomes by defining and tracking OKRs and KPIs tied to trading volume and retention.
• Navigate complexity across markets and stakeholders, including exchange relationships and regulatory requirements.
• Grow the futures customer base by designing onboarding and activation flows for micro contract products.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience with demonstrated success leading complex product initiatives.
• Deep familiarity with futures markets, including contract specifications, margin mechanics, and roll dynamics.
• Expertise in high-performance trading interfaces for active traders across web, mobile, and desktop.
• Experience in fintech, retail brokerage, or an adjacent regulated industry is strongly preferred.

• Direct experience building or using futures trading platforms.
• Familiarity with futures market structure including clearing, execution, and FCMs.
• Experience with AI and machine learning to optimize product capabilities.
