Description

In this hands-on role, you will lead a mobile team, shape architecture, and contribute directly to building PandaDoc's mobile apps using React Native. You'll balance technical ownership and people management, mentoring engineers and driving technical decisions across iOS and Android platforms.

Requirements

• 8+ years of engineering experience with significant mobile development and hands-on coding
• Proven experience leading mobile architecture and cross-platform solutions (React Native, iOS, Android)
• Strong knowledge of React, TypeScript, modern JavaScript, and mobile development best practices
• Experience building shared libraries, UI components, navigation frameworks, or developer tooling
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-changing environment and is customer- and product-focused

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve mobile app architecture across iOS and Android using React Native
• Set standards for code quality, testing, performance, and cross-team integrations
• Develop shared infrastructure, libraries, and components for multiple teams
• Mentor engineers on career growth, skill development, and technical challenges
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineering leads to translate product strategy into roadmaps
