💼 About This Role

You'll manage end-to-end billing activities using the firm's Dynamics 365 billing platform and partner with office administrators to improve billing workflows. You'll design process enhancements that reduce manual effort and support data-driven decisions with Power BI reports.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end billing activities using Dynamics 365
• Evaluate billing workflows and recommend improvements
• Design and implement process enhancements and automations
• Develop training sessions on billing system usage

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of direct billing experience in a professional services environment
• Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 or equivalent billing system
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivots, lookups, formulas)
• Comfort reading and interpreting BI reports and dashboards

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior billing experience within a CPA firm
• Experience leading billing process improvement or automation
• Exposure to Power Automate or Power Apps
