You'll manage and coach a team of Customer Success Managers for enterprise segments, driving customer adoption and value realization across the portfolio. You'll act as an escalation point for key accounts while collaborating cross-functionally to deliver measurable business outcomes.

  • Own customer health, adoption, and retention outcomes.

  • 8+ years in Customer Success, Consulting, or SaaS roles.
  • 3+ years managing customer-facing teams in enterprise environments.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
