You'll manage and coach a team of Customer Success Managers for enterprise segments, driving customer adoption and value realization across the portfolio. You'll act as an escalation point for key accounts while collaborating cross-functionally to deliver measurable business outcomes.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of Customer Success Managers.
- Ensure execution of customer engagement across onboarding and adoption.
- Own customer health, adoption, and retention outcomes.
- Act as escalation point for key and at-risk customers.
๐ Requirements
- 8+ years in Customer Success, Consulting, or SaaS roles.
- 3+ years managing customer-facing teams in enterprise environments.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
