Description

In this role, you will provide technical leadership for medium voltage power distribution products, focusing on testing, qualifying, and transitioning new products into manufacturing. You'll serve as a subject matter expert, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage product lifecycle activities to ensure compliance with industry standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• 2-5 years' experience in power distribution equipment or closely related industry
• Competency with medium voltage switchgear design and manufacturing (UL 1558, 1008, ANSI C37.20, NEC/CEC)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CAD tools, and ERP systems

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary POC and SME for medium/low voltage power distribution products
• Focus on testing and qualifying new products and processes, supporting transition to manufacturing
• Coordinate new product introduction schedules and cross-product lifecycle activities
• Develop and maintain engineering documentation for production and commercial use
• Provide engineering leadership across product lifecycle including continuous improvement
